These terms apply to Label Ledger (the "app"), a Shopify app provided by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you ("you", the merchant) accept these terms and the privacy policy. Contact: help@elektraset.com.

1. The service

Label Ledger imports carrier adjustment data that you provide (files and pasted Shopify Shipping adjustment entries), matches it to your Shopify orders, explains likely causes, estimates dispute evidence and deadlines, creates dispute packets and draft messages, shows dashboards and recommendations, and sends alerts.

2. No guarantee of refunds

Carriers, label platforms and Shopify decide every dispute. Label Ledger's causes, dispute strengths, deadlines and recommendations are estimates based on the data you import and on your Shopify data. They are not legal, accounting or tax advice. You decide whether to dispute, you send disputes yourself, and you are responsible for following your carrier agreements and deadlines. Dispute windows in the app are defaults that you can change; check your own agreements.

3. Your responsibilities

• Import only data you are allowed to use, and keep your account secure.
• Check a packet before you send it; add your own photos and records.
• Do not misuse the app (for example to file false claims, attack the service, or access another store's data).

4. Plans and billing

The app has a free plan and paid plans (Starter and Pro) billed every 30 days through Shopify in US dollars. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Plan limits (for example the number of adjustments audited and packets per 30 days) are shown in the app. You can change or cancel the plan at any time in the app or by uninstalling; Shopify handles charges, proration and refunds of app charges according to its billing rules. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice in the app.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You give us the right to process it only to provide the app, as described in the privacy policy. When you uninstall, your data is deleted as described there.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and correct but provide it "as is" and "as available". We may change features; we will not remove a core paid feature during a paid period without notice.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or carrier charges, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment after notice where possible.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Elektraset, s.r.o. has its registered office, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer or business law of your country applies.

10. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they apply.
